What happens when I run out?
The AI pauses. Nothing else does. Every invoice, quote, contract and client record you have made stays exactly where it is, and you can still open, download and email all of it. Buy a plan or a top-up and the AI picks up where it left off.
Do unused credits disappear?
Monthly credits carry over for one further month, so a quiet month funds a busy one. After that they expire, which is why they do not stack up forever. Credits you buy as a top-up never expire at all.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in two clicks, with no fee and no conversation. Credits you have already paid for stay yours, and your documents remain available to download.
Is my clients' data safe?
Acocite holds your clients' details because invoices need them. We are your processor, not the owner of that data, we never sell it, and it is not used to train models. The privacy policy names every company that touches it.
